Job Summary
Staff Product Manager to own Flexport's Catalog, Search, and Booking roadmap within Commerce Tech. Lead two engineering teams and data science to improve the product catalog (~300k service offerings), ensure discoverability and a friction-free booking experience, and support the Instant Price & Book initiative. Define end-to-end customer experience requirements, establish catalog quality metrics, drive cross-functional collaboration with engineers, data scientists, designers, and operations, and lead deployment best practices and operational metrics. Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements, take data-driven decisions, and communicate prioritization to senior leadership. Requires 8+ years of Product Management experience, experience with enterprise software and/or supply chain, and strong cross-functional leadership across global time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience with enterprise software and/or supply chain is a plus
- Technical competence and ability to talk shop with engineers
- Experience collaborating with and inspiring engineering teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills for senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading change management for cross-domain projects in a global organization
- Ability to take imperfect data and ambiguous situations and determine a path forward
