Job Summary
Own the growth product roadmap for the card, shaping experiences that drive customers from first touch through activation and repeat use. Drive conversion metrics across the funnel by designing and shipping experiments to learn fast and compound wins into a repeatable motion. Shape the card experience for new users by identifying friction points and prioritizing high-leverage fixes alongside engineering, design, and data teams. Partner with cross-functional groups to ship quickly while maintaining a high bar for craft. This role sits at the forefront of Engine's Fintech identity, leveraging existing supply-side relationships to scale a product market fit opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in product management
- Strong track record as a growth or activation PM on consumer or prosumer products
- Experience owning a funnel through product levers and moving it
- Fintech experience, particularly in card products
