Job Summary
Staff Product Manager at DualEntry, based in New York City HQ, accountable for setting multi-quarter strategy and roadmap for a major product area in an AI-native ERP. Translate complex accounting workflows into clear requirements, partner with engineering and design on architecture and trade-offs, and drive high-impact bets from framing to launch. Own metrics and customer signals to demonstrate outcomes (retention, activation, expansion); mentor other PMs; collaborate with product marketing, GTM, and sales to shape major launches; and improve processes to ship fast. Requires 8+ years of product management experience (preferably in B2B SaaS) and deep AI/ML experience applied to real product workflows; strong communication and in-person collaboration in NYC.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- A track record of owning a product area or line and driving measurable business outcomes
- Deep experience applying AI/ML to real product workflows, including shipping LLM-powered or agentic features to production
- A clear, direct communicator who creates alignment across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
- Excited to work in person with an ambitious, fast-moving team
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on building with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI) and daily use of AI coding/assistant tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor)
- Accounting, ERP, or fintech domain experience
- An MBA and/or experience working with business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Revenue)
- Technical background (CS, engineering)
- Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world

- Equity: $65,000 - $85,000
- Base salary: $185,000 - $250,000
