Job Summary
Set strategic direction in ambiguous environments while building or scaling products in enterprise software or complex technical domains. Drive end-to-end product ownership, transitioning zero-to-one ideas into real products with founder-like energy. Engage deeply with technical topics and stakeholders to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity for teams. Represent the company in enterprise client-facing situations with strong communication skills. This role is based in Singapore with relocation opportunity to work in a fast-growing, globally connected tech ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Must have direct, hands-on Product Manager (PM) experience
- Product Manager or Startup Founder, ideally with end-to-end product ownership
- Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction in ambiguous environments
- Experience building or scaling products in enterprise software or other complex, technical domains
- Proven track record of delivering products in technically challenging spaces
- Ability to engage deeply with technical topics and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills: well-spoken, confident, and able to represent the company in enterprise client-facing situations
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity for teams and stakeholders
- Must be able to relocate to Singapore
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates who transitioned from Software Engineering to Product Management are acceptable
- Startup experience is preferred, especially in roles with broad responsibility or founder-level exposure
