Job Summary
Staff Product Manager at Brex leads multi-quarter product strategy in high-impact fintech domains, partnering with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Design, Data, Risk, Finance and GTM to define a scalable product vision and drive initiatives that improve customer value, revenue, efficiency or distribution. The role requires building deep domain expertise (e.g., financial infrastructure, risk systems, payables ecosystem), collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable technical systems, establishing clear success metrics, influencing senior leaders through data-backed narratives, and mentoring other PMs to raise product craft and operating standards.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of product management experience in high-growth B2B or fintech environments
- Demonstrated track record leading complex, high-impact product initiatives
- Strong fluency in APIs, data models, experimentation frameworks, and system tradeoffs
- Highly data-driven with experience defining metrics and running experiments (SQL or similar)
- Executive communication skills to influence senior stakeholders with structured thinking and narratives
- Ability to reason across product, technical, operational, compliance, and revenue systems
- Ability to mentor PMs and elevate product craft and standards
- Strategic rigor to translate product strategy into measurable business outcomes
