Job Summary
Staff Product Manager, Biometrics Fraud responsible for driving the development and execution of product strategy for Biometric Authentication in Europe. Lead market research, competitive analysis, and requirement prioritization; define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap; collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to launch biometric products; create detailed specifications and user stories; manage lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond; monitor performance and drive continuous improvement; mentor junior product managers and team members. Ideal candidate has 8+ years in product management, Bachelor's degree, strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Agile, and familiarity with pricing SAAS products and identity verification/authentication domains. Location: City of London, Hybrid (3 days onsite), fixed-term contract 6-8 months with potential to go permanent. Flexibility for remote/hybrid options and collaboration across Global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in product management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools
