Staff Product Manager, AI Agents & Intelligence

Job Summary
Own and evolve the Intelligence domain vision by writing a 12–18 month AI product thesis and leading the end-to-end delivery of Skubot, the in-app agent platform. Drive AI monetization strategies including credit pricing and packaging while instrumenting in-product analytics and LLM observability to track performance. Run discovery to test hypotheses and execute safe agent write-actions with high-trust confirmation flows, bridging product, engineering, and design to translate technical capabilities into clear PRDs. Maintain deep customer connections through weekly discovery calls and beta feedback, while stewarding broader Intelligence surfaces like reporting and CRM improvements. Communicate progress and tradeoffs to leadership and evangelize agent capabilities internally and across the skummunity.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of product experience
- successfully shipping agents
- LLM-powered features
- APIs
- complex technical products to production
- Strong quantitative and AI fluency
- experience in usage-based monetization models
- LLM behavior/observability
- product analytics tools (SQL, Metabase, or Fullstory)
- Proven ability to formulate and defend an independent product thesis
- translating high-level vision into clear engineering direction
- measurable business impact
- Comfort working independently and asynchronously

- Experience (or excitement for) working with AI
- This role is open to candidates eligible to work in Canada
- with the exception of Quebec
