Staff Product Development Engineer (NAND Flash Memory Development)

Job Summary
Drive NAND development from pre-silicon circuit simulation through qualification, owning DPPM targets for SD NAND Technology aligned with roadmaps. Develop test strategies, screen/stress algorithms, and specs for miscellaneous NAND silicon while collaborating with Fab teams on process improvements and failure countermeasures. Perform deep electrical failure analysis during new technology phases, defining action plans with device, design, and product engineers. Monitor memory health levels and DPPM Pareto charts to fine-tune fab processes. Requires hands-on troubleshooting experience, advanced data analysis skills, and strong project management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding on electrical failure analysis methodology
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, diagnose root cause, and apply corrective actions
- Excellent data analysis skills including data crunch, statistical analysis, and interpretation
- Highly self-motivated
- Passionate about troubleshooting and solving complex problems
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on trouble shooting experience on memory products or system
- A basic understanding of System, FW working principle
- Device Physics
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
