Job Summary
Drive product strategy and define roadmaps for core areas of the AI-native outbound platform. Lead the transformation of complex, multi-primitive systems into coherent mental models and approachable workflows for GTM teams. Own end-to-end design for user needs, breaking down big rocks to deliver intuitive systems, flows, and interfaces. Design non-gimmicky AI-first workflows that make prospecting and personalization more effective without replacing human agents. Become an expert in the go-to-market space by running regular research and looping insights directly into product development. Mentor a small team, define product principles and standards, and rally others to deliver on high-impact outcomes. This high-agency IC role reports to the VP of Design within a fast-paced, high-trust environment focused on building the future of revenue teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in Product Design
- You have a lot of experience to draw from
