Job Summary

Connect teams across New Content Experiences to align on design, synthesize insights, and drive impact through clear experience visions and actionable plans. Translate ambiguity into scalable systems, patterns, and reusable approaches that extend beyond individual projects while shaping product strategy with member-centered experiences. Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, facilitate collaborative work sessions, and advocate fiercely for global members. Navigate complex problems by distilling unstructured opportunities into roadmaps that integrate user, technology, and business needs. Operate effectively across multiple initiatives, balancing depth and breadth to meet new business demands. Travel monthly to meet teams and partners.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience designing user experiences for consumer-facing products
  • Exceptional communication skills, in writing and verbally, whether in small group discussions, large-scale presentations, or with executives
  • Known for high-quality craft and detailed execution of designing patterns for discovery and engagement across multiple UI platforms
  • Experience collaborating with merchandising, marketing and content teams on promotion strategies and campaigns
  • Demonstrated success in driving 0-1 initiatives forward
  • Strategic thinker who can articulate a compelling product vision
  • Demonstrated ability to create organizational leverage through systems, frameworks, reusable patterns, and cross-team influence
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across multiple initiatives and business domains, balancing depth, breadth, and impact
  • Actively explores and adopts new tools, workflows, and AI technologies to increase individual and organizational effectiveness
  • Ability to dive into a space, gather context, synthesize, and make impact quickly
  • Demonstrates great judgement on asking the right questions and determining the work that needs to be done to push the business forward
  • Is a fierce advocate for the user, and has the courage to speak up and influence
  • Skilled at connecting the dots across related initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and distilling complex, unstructured opportunities into actionable roadmaps that integrate user, technology, and business needs
  • Proven ability to deal with requirements from various teams, while not losing sight of long-term experience goals
  • Great at receiving and giving feedback
  • This role is based in UCAN, ideally on the west or east coasts
  • Expect to travel monthly to meet with your teams, stakeholders, and partners
