Job Summary
Staff Product Designer for DoorDash’s Ads & Promos Design team; owns end-to-end campaign experience design and shapes the strategic vision for the marketing tooling system, powering campaigns across SMB and enterprise restaurants globally. Lead projects from concept through execution, deliver high-fidelity designs and production-ready prototypes, contribute to shared tools and workflows, mentor peers on responsible AI usage, and build reusable frameworks to scale impact. Role supports a hybrid work model with 1–2 days per week in a Design Hub and the remainder remote, based in NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-informed decision making, systems thinking, and the ability to operate at senior levels while driving business outcomes and team velocity through scalable design systems and tooling.
