Job Summary
Lead 2-5 designers through ideation to final development, managing end-to-end product creation using Design Thinking. Drive strategic decisions by establishing product vision and roadmaps, while coordinating with engineering, product, marketing, and legal teams. Identify and prioritize improvements for existing products and services, ensuring high-quality design outcomes and efficient resource allocation. Mentor junior designers and establish team culture and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Graphic design, interaction design, industrial design, HCI, or computer engineering bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating typography, interaction design, visual design, and user research
- Proficiency in design and AI tools such as Figma, Roter, and Claude
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Experience leading other designers through team-based projects
- Experience formulating overall project strategy and establishing evidence-based results
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Korean language proficiency

- Experience creating projects from start to finish using insights derived from UX research
- Ability to analyze data and reflect it in design
- Experience leading and managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders

- Serious attitude and leadership in approaching work
- Mentoring ability for junior and senior designers
