Job Summary
Lead design for multiple new opportunities from beginning to end, including managing clinical correspondence, automating patient treatment, and integrating with the NHS application. Improve existing flagship features to maximize user-minutes, such as streamlining appointment invitations for clinical users. Collaborate with an exclusive customer community to gather feedback, join calls, and visit workplaces to understand user needs. Shape the roadmap and prioritize products that drive network value deltas, as there are no dedicated Product Managers. Implement processes to maximize team productivity, including formalizing design standards and scaling tools.
