Job Summary
Staff Product Designer to help build a new, innovative document management solution for construction, partnering with Product and Engineering to shape product strategy and deliver end-to-end experiences for uploading, reviewing, organizing, and accessing documents across the construction lifecycle. Design and validate experiences via visions, prototypes, mockups, wireframes, diagrams, and other artifacts; conduct generative research and usability testing with Procore users at job sites worldwide; facilitate discovery workshops; advocate for users and leverage Design System, DesignOps, and Content Strategy contributions; collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team; leverage AI and agentic workflows as core competencies.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience designing world-class apps with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering in an agile environment
- Excellent communication and ability to evangelize design
- Familiarity with iOS/Android design standards
