Job Summary
Staff Designer to guide and support a squad of designers in complex, cross-functional AI product spaces within the Customer Experience Orchestration (CXO) AI Foundation. Design across multi-surface AI experiences, contribute to practitioner-facing tools and end-customer experiences, and use AI prototyping as a primary mode of communication. Prototypes with Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, and Figma to express direction, raise the craft bar with strong interaction and visual design, mentor teammates, stay close to the field of agentic UX, track patterns, and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and Marketing.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Experience crafting or leading work on complex products or platforms, particularly in enterprise environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts to a variety of audiences
- Proven examples of AI/vibe-coded prototypes to solve real-world jobs to be done
- Genuinely curious about new tools and willing to evaluate them on their merits
- Preferred Accessibility Design Skills: Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities; Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred
