Staff Product Designer (Core UX)

Job Summary
Lead 2–5 designers through end-to-end product creation, from ideation to final development, using Design Thinking. Drive business, engineering, and product team communication to manage overall design projects, while actively participating in product vision and roadmap formulation. Identify and analyze As-is product and service issues to prioritize improvement directions, and strengthen efficient processes through collaboration with other design leads. Responsible for designing user scenarios, journeys, wireframes, UI, and prototypes, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to guide design direction. Mentor junior designers, lead team resource operations, and contribute to team culture and process establishment.
Required Qualifications
- Graphic design, interaction design, industrial design, HCI, or computer engineering bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating typography, interaction design, visual design, and user research
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, and Adobe
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Experience leading other designers on team-level projects
- Experience formulating overall project strategy and establishing evidence-based outcomes
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Korean language proficiency
