Job Summary
Lead design for new zero-to-one product experiences in untapped territory by partnering with product to identify and prioritize user problems worth solving. Drive strategy using a designer's superpower to evolve how individuals and teams use AI, moving from problem definition through divergent and convergent design thinking to tangible designs in Figma or AI tools. Raise the quality bar on all things design by building and improving design systems to ensure visual consistency across a growing product line. Own projects end to end, including design QA and quality control, while operating in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments with a high craft bar under deadline pressure.
Required Qualifications
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft
- A track record of shipping pixel-perfect work at scale in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments while holding a high craft bar under deadline pressure
- Fluency in design systems
- Experience partnering closely with engineering to protect visual fidelity through implementation
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
