Own end-to-end execution for analysis, metrics definition, experimentation, forecasting, and decision support for Cash App Borrow, Afterpay, and Square Loans. Define measurement frameworks for eligibility, repayment behavior, and loss performance while partnering with risk teams to evaluate model policy and monitor bias. Design experiments that shape customer access and product growth, communicating insights to technical and senior stakeholders. Lead technical direction for the Data Science team by building consensus on standards, creating reusable frameworks, and mentoring junior data scientists.
