Job Summary
Define North Star metrics and leading indicators for vendor health and business viability. Lead analysis to optimize vendor-facing experiences, reduce support dependency, and improve partner autonomy. Guide A/B test methodology and decision-making to validate self-service feature improvements. Build scalable analytics infrastructure and self-service capabilities while collaborating on predictive models for vendor behavior. Mentor junior analysts and evangelize a data-driven mindset across Product and Tech teams. Operate across the product line partnering with leaders in Product, Tech, Operations, and Data.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role, preferably within fast-paced tech environments or marketplaces
- Deep understanding of A/B test design and edge cases, causal inference, and statistical analysis
- High level experience in SQL skills with practical experience on large-scale data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake)
- solid Python skills for complex analytics, automation, and data visualisation
- Proven ability to design, build, and optimize data pipelines
- You take ownership of data curation to ensure that all business decisions are based on a foundation of reliable, high-quality data
- proven track record of building actionable data-stories and dashboards (Tableau, Looker, or similar) that drive business decisions
- Demonstrated experience mentoring junior analysts and leading high-impact projects with autonomy
- You can influence stakeholders without formal authority
