Job Summary
Staff Process Engineer - Reliability & Compliance Lead within Dexcom’s GBS organization. Analyze customer support and field performance data to identify reliability trends, failure modes, and improvement opportunities; develop and maintain dashboards and metrics for product reliability, process capability, and service performance; lead investigations into recurring reliability or service issues and drive data-supported corrective and preventive actions; translate complex reliability data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences; collaborate with Quality, R&D, Operations, IT, and Continuous Improvement teams to enhance monitoring systems and governance under the DF R-ZSO framework; communicate findings and improvement plans to leadership and steering committees; support data capture accuracy, analytics automation, and system integration while operating in a hybrid work model. Requirements include a technical bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in reliability/quality analytics, proficiency in data analytics tools, and strong cross-functional communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline
- minimum 5 years of professional experience in reliability engineering, product quality, or technical support analytics
- proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
- strong communication and presentation skills
- experience with statistical analysis and root-cause methodologies
- ability to influence improvements through data-driven insights
