Staff Post Silicon Electrical Validation Engineer

Job Summary
Lead bench-level validation and characterization for DDR5 buffer silicon bring-up, leveraging high-speed analog and mixed-signal techniques including de-embedding and high-impedance probing to address complex signal-integrity challenges. Drive debug efforts and develop test methodologies by synthesizing experimental results to isolate issues, while generating clear reports for technical and non-technical audiences. Innovate by applying LLM/AI techniques to analyze large-scale datasets, visualize findings, and reduce cycle time. Document reproducible procedures and communicate complex concepts across global teams, collaborating with design, system, and product engineering partners to optimize performance using exploratory test approaches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in high-speed Analog and Mixed-signal signal devices
- Strong understanding of signaling levels, termination architectures, and signal integrity tradeoffs in systems
- Expertise in using typical high speed interface test equipment (BERT, Scope, Compliance S/W)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) for test automation and analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with advanced signal integrity measurements and applications for Design correlation
- Strong understanding of memory interface architecture, interface protocols, standards and operation, preferably DDR5
