Job Summary
Staff Platform Engineer to lead architecture, automation, scalability, and operational maturity of JazzX AI's cloud-native platform on Microsoft Azure. Role requires designing and managing infrastructure automation (Terraform, GitOps, IaC), building and improving CI/CD, securing networking with Cloudflare and Zero Trust, driving platform reliability and observability, leading incident management and operational governance, and developing AI-assisted platform workflows. Strong hands-on coding (Python/Go or similar) and deep experience in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, DevOps, and internal developer platforms. Mentor engineers, define platform standards, and collaborate with security, architecture, and product teams to raise developer productivity, deployment reliability, and overall platform excellence. Ten-plus years in Platform/Infra/DevOps or related fields with extensive Azure experience, Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform, CI/CD, and AI/LLM workflows.
