Job Summary
Staff Platform Engineer (AI Systems) to build the secure connective tissue and agentic harness connecting Copilot Agents, Gemini, Claude, Agentic CLIs, n8n workflows, and local runtimes to Strike's core platforms. You will define how agents authenticate, how they access tools, and when they should be trusted; build the internal AI platform on a fully cloud-native stack (GCP/GKE), create IDE agents to accelerate coding, develop orchestration layers for LLM tool-use, bridge information silos with an enterprise knowledge base, design tiered autonomy with verifiable state and revert mechanisms, and implement secure auth patterns in a zero-trust environment. The role emphasizes pragmatic building, ownership, integration of frontier AI capabilities, and collaboration with teams to optimize AI-native workflows; technologies include C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, Kubernetes-based tooling (Helm, ArgoCD), and security-centric DevOps practices, with US-based positions and a salary range of $206K-$232K annually.
Required Qualifications
- Full Stack Systems DNA: understanding of frontend interfaces to backend distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
- Frontier AI Proficiency: patterns like MCP, RAG, function-calling, evals
