Job Summary
Staff MD position in Pediatric Pulmonology at UCLA Department of Pediatrics. Incumbent will attend 8 half-day outpatient clinics per week at the Children’s Health Center UCLA, UCLA Santa Monica, and/or UCLA community subspecialty locations, and 4-6 weeks per year on the inpatient Pediatric Pulmonary consult service. Requires medical licensure in California and board eligibility/c certification in General Pediatrics with subspecialty Boards in Pediatric Pulmonology. Full-time, 12-month contract with potential renewal; salary range in description reflects annual compensation. Work location includes UCLA-affiliated sites in Los Angeles County (Los Angeles and/or Gardena), CA.
Required Qualifications
- Be eligible or licensed to practice medicine in California
- Boarded and/or board eligible for certification by the American Board of Pediatrics in General Pediatrics
- Boarded or board eligible for sub-specialty Boards in Pediatric Pulmonology
- Be competent in the clinical care of Pediatric Pulmonology patients
