Conduct comprehensive geriatric care within a physician-lead practice, managing patients across a 58-acre continuing care retirement community in Springfield, Virginia. Deliver primary care services with a focus on internal medicine or family practice, adhering to state-specific regulations that may take precedence. Maintain full malpractice coverage while pursuing board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice. This role offers a full-time opportunity with a compensation range of $210,000 to $265,000 annually, including base, bonus, and incentive components. Candidates must hold a medical degree, complete a primary care residency, and possess at least three years of medical practice experience; geriatric fellowship training is preferred. Required Qualifications
