Job Summary
Conduct outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy with a caseload of approximately 15 patients daily. Deliver 30-minute visits for evaluations and follow-ups without PT aides to ensure high-quality, one-on-one patient care. Maintain clinical autonomy within a family-owned practice in Boulder and Longmont, Colorado, while supporting your own treatment style. Schedule work between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for 4-tens or a 5-day work week. New graduates with athletic training or massage therapy backgrounds are considered.
Required Qualifications
- 12 years of experience preferred, particularly in outpatient ortho
- A self-driven, collaborative, and patient-first mindset
