Job Summary
Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans to support recovery in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their rehabilitation journey. Collaborate with a team and participate in ongoing professional growth through tuition reimbursement and CE opportunities. Job responsibilities include delivering high-quality, compassionate care, using well-equipped therapy gyms and the latest technology, and contributing to a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience
