Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation including joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise progressions, functional movement training, manual therapy, and return-to-activity programming. Provide vestibular, neurocognitive, and gait training for personal injury and post-surgical patients while managing all aspects of care, documentation, and third-party liability service line knowledge. Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants clinically and administratively, collaborating daily with chiropractors, clinic directors, and specialists in an interdisciplinary environment. Complete visit documentation within 48 business hours and manage a target caseload of approximately 16–18 patients per day. Occasional travel to nearby locations for coverage as needed. Maintain active Georgia PT license and fulfill continuing education requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Georgia PT license (or eligibility)
- Personal injury or third-party liability experience a plus; willingness to learn the PI model required
- Strong manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation skills
- Excellent communicator — comfortable working with patients, PTAs, physicians, and leadership
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred — new graduates with strong clinical rotations considered
