Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical care to customers by processing and dispensing prescriptions, counsel customers on healthcare and medication needs, administer immunizations, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and model guidance to staff; contribute to community health and patient wellbeing through proactive engagement and adherence to HIPAA/PHI guidelines. This role emphasizes patient interaction, clinical knowledge application, and collaboration with the Walmart pharmacy team to deliver quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
