Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders and counseling them on healthcare and medication needs. Administer immunizations and other programs developed by Walmart while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Model proper customer service approaches for pharmacy staff and foster relationships with patients and partners. Complete an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program and maintain a commitment to HIPAA and PHI guidelines. Work a 40-hour week with an annual salary range of $98,000 to $172,000, including performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
