Job Summary
Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients, educate and consult patients on medication usage and cost-effective options, deliver clinical healthcare services including immunizations and medication therapy management, ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance, and mentor/train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
