Job Summary
Deliver clinical pharmacy services in a Walgreens retail setting, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management; ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance; mentor and train pharmacy staff; provide patient-focused care and navigate insurance/claims challenges; growth opportunities into leadership roles within pharmacy operations and retail management; requires BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist degree and active pharmacist licensure with at least 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
- At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems and insurance
