Job Summary
Deliver clinical pharmacy services and patient-centered care as a Staff Pharmacist in a Walgreens retail setting. Responsibilities include administering immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management; ensuring accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance; mentoring and training pharmacy team members; navigating insurance claims and medication management; and providing compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting to patients. Required Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
- At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and insurance
