Job Summary
Deliver clinical healthcare services in a Walgreens retail pharmacy, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management. Ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance; mentor and train pharmacy staff in a collaborative environment. Focus on patient-focused care and problem-solving across insurance claims and medication management. Requires BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist degree, current licensure, and at least 1 year of retail pharmacy experience. Required Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
- At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems and insurance
