Job Summary
Deliver clinical pharmacy services in a retail Walgreens setting, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management; ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance; mentor and train pharmacy team members; navigate insurance claims and patient accounts; provide patient-focused, relationship-driven care with opportunities for growth into leadership roles; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), and family-forming support including fertility treatments and surrogacy-related expenses; flexible scheduling (Part-Time or Full-Time) with competitive pay by geography.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
- At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems and insurance
