Job Summary
Deliver clinical healthcare services in a Walgreens retail pharmacy setting, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management; mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment; ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance; support patient-focused and service-driven care while navigating insurance claims and medication management challenges; opportunities for growth into leadership roles across pharmacy operations and retail management; BS in Pharmacy or equivalent required with active pharmacist licensure and at least 1 year of retail pharmacy experience; salary offered is based on geography and factors.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
- At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems and insurance
