Job Summary
Deliver clinical healthcare services in a retail pharmacy setting, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management; mentor and train pharmacy team members; provide patient-focused, service-driven care and navigate insurance claims and medication management challenges; opportunities for growth into leadership roles within pharmacy operations and retail management. The role requires a BS in Pharmacy or an equivalent PharmD/licensure, at least 1 year of retail pharmacist experience, and current licensure in applicable states. The salary is hourly at $69.05-$75.95, with a range of approximately $143,624 to $157,976 annually depending on geography and experience. Required Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
- At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and insurance
