Job Summary
Deliver clinical pharmacy services in a Walgreens retail setting, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management, while ensuring medication safety through accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance. Mentor and train pharmacy team members, navigate insurance claims and pharmacy operations, and provide patient-focused, service-driven care. Requires BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree, active pharmacist licensure in district states, and at least 1 year of retail pharmacist experience. Salary is paced within a competitive range for Raleigh, NC, with both part-time and full-time shift options and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
- At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and insurance
