Job Summary
Lead and direct Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while managing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Balance assignments to maximize team strengths and address development opportunities, then implement solutions to drive growth and improve performance. Adapt to change in a dynamic community healthcare setting to deliver better outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors. Support the Pharmacy Manager in modeling values and demonstrating genuine care for patients, customers, and colleagues. Anticipated weekly hours are 29. This part-time position is eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
