Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and overseeing all pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Lead patient care programs to maintain customer and patient health while managing workflow, loss prevention, and personnel development. Balance assignments to maximize team strengths and address knowledge gaps, then implement solutions to drive pharmacy growth and performance. Adapt to dynamic community healthcare settings and align the team around purpose to deliver better outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
