Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while managing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Lead with empathy to motivate support staff, identify critical business opportunities, and drive growth by implementing solutions that improve pharmacy performance. Balance assignments to maximize colleagues' strengths and address development opportunities, actively contributing to a team culture that prioritizes caring and energy. Apply acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors within a dynamic community healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
