Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance. Manage inventory, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow to drive growth and improve performance. Lead with heart by displaying empathy for patients and motivating support staff to maximize strengths and address development opportunities. Implement meaningful solutions to achieve specified goals and adapt plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting. Balance assignments to decrease knowledge gaps and actively contribute to a team culture that promotes caring and energy.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
