Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager by directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and overseeing all pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory, and financial performance. Lead patient care programs while managing personnel, workflow, and loss prevention to drive growth and improve pharmacy outcomes. Balance assignments for support staff to maximize strengths and address development needs, adapting plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting. Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
