Staff Pharmacist

Fill prescriptions safely and accurately while maintaining positive relationships with patients, team members, and leadership. Hold pharmacy technicians accountable for results and educate them to be effective team members. Motivate staff to perform at their highest level and oversee pharmacy operations in the absence of the pharmacist in charge. Perform and supervise clinical services, including immunizations, while ensuring adherence to Meijer policies, state, and federal laws. Listen to patients to resolve their needs and manage workload prioritization. This role supports Meijer's mission to help people provide for themselves and their families across six states.
