Job Summary
Manage day-to-day prescription dispensing and order review in the fulfillment center, verifying prescription information and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. Monitor productivity, workflow, and turnaround times to meet service standards and cost-to-fill goals. Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations for pharmacists and technicians while overseeing adherence to corporate policies. Resolve recurring operational, system, and customer service issues, serving as a point of escalation for complex matters. Schedule staff and direct project assignments to maintain production volume and service quality. On-call every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- B.S or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy
- At least 3 years' relevant experience
- Pharmacist License in good standing in Nevada
- Must be willing to obtain additional state licensure as required by business need
- If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- On-Call Responsibilities - every other weekend
Desired Qualifications
- Home Infusion/Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred
- Prior people management experience preferred
