Job Summary
Lead the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and oversee all pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory, financial profitability, and loss prevention. Manage patient care programs and drive growth by identifying business opportunities, implementing solutions, and balancing assignments to develop Pharmacy Support Staff. Maintain a dynamic community healthcare setting while ensuring genuine care for patients, customers, and colleagues. Full-time role with 40 weekly hours; base pay ranges from $60.00 to $76.00. Requires active pharmacy license and immunization certification.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
