Job Summary
Staff Pharmacist to support Pharmacy Manager, supervise and coach pharmacy team, ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, immunizations delivery, inventory management with focus on cold chain, regulatory compliance with state Board of Pharmacy, and patient-centered care in a CVS Retail pharmacy environment. Roles include acting as proxy during bench shifts, assisting with scheduling, driving patient experiences through empathetic care, resolving insurance/medication issues, maintaining clinical skills, and adhering to CVS Health policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
