Job Summary
Staff Pharmacist leads pharmacy operations under the Pharmacy Manager, supports Pharmacy Technician staff, ensures patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory and workflow management, and drives patient care programs to improve access, cost, and quality of care while delivering compassionate service. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, identifying business opportunities, implementing solutions to improve performance, and promoting a team culture focused on caring, energy, and collaboration to differentiate CVS Health in the community.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
