Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Support the Pharmacy Manager by directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and implementing patient care programs to drive healthy outcomes. Motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments that maximize strengths and address knowledge gaps. Identify critical business opportunities to drive growth and improve performance while adapting to change in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
