Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by managing patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability while supporting the Pharmacy Manager and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff. Drive pharmacy growth by identifying business opportunities, implementing solutions to improve performance, and motivating support staff through balanced assignments that address development needs. Maintain customer and patient health through adoption of patient care programs, ensuring empathy and compassion in all interactions while adapting to changing community healthcare settings to achieve specified goals.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
